About PCare
Overview
Established in 2019, Patient Care Association (PCare), is an independent, non-profit, non-governmental, and humanitarian organization committed to covering
emergency surgeries across Lebanon, and reducing the burden of death and disability from conditions that could be treated through surgery.
PCare was created in the belief that all people should have access to health care irrespective of their gender, race, religion, creed, or political affiliation.
Mission Statement
Because not all wounds are visible, we are dedicated at PCare to healing the unseen. We serve our community by helping as many patients as possible overcome their health challenges in times of emergency. The well-being of our patients and the level of care they receive is at the core of what we stand for.
At PCare, it is our purpose to peel off the layers of healthcare restriction by providing financial assistance with medical bills at any hospital in Lebanon. We strive to partner with a wide range of hospitals, medical drug distributors, and medical centers to bring scalable healthcare solutions for patients in need. We also aim at developing healthcare and consultation centers across the territory and act as a medical supply center offering better prices for life-saving drugs.
Vision Statement
A nation where everyone can receive the needed medical treatment by reducing financial barriers for patients with chronic or life-altering disease and providing access to affordable and high-quality health care.
Our History
With 80 per cent of the population living in poverty, new hikes in fuel and food prices have forced people to make further painful decisions, such as cutting down on health expenditures. Unable to access their savings due to freezes implemented by the financial sector and with unemployment on the rise, many Lebanese simply cannot afford the cost of treatment.
To ignite a ray of hope and address the healthcare collapse, Patient Care Association was founded in 2019, in response to the socioeconomic humanitarian crisis in Lebanon.

The team in charge of patient coordination exhibited a high level of expertise and possessed extensive knowledge in the medical domain.
Getting in touch with the association was not a complicated process through the hospital's administration center. They promptly provided me with all the details when I requested for assistance.
When I requested assistance, I was put on hold for a few minutes before receiving a prompt reply specifying the precise amount that would be deducted from my hospitalization charges.
I am thankful to the Patient Care Association for their invaluable assistance in covering my medical expenses. Their support made it possible for me to undergo my surgery, and I cannot thank them enough
